I’m on 45mg, worked my way up to that dose and had no side effects! It’s not a very aggressive antidepressant so the depression and anxiety weren’t drastically reduced but I still feel like myself which is crucial. Also helps with appetite and sleep, just be careful with your diet if you don’t wish to gain weight. Best of luck😌

I was recently on mirtazapine, i didn't get any side effects with it. It helped a bit but not to the extent that I needed

I take mirtazapine to reduce night terrors from PTSD as well as to help my mood and help me sleep. I have been on a lot of antidepressants but it’s the only one I respond well to without any problems. I take 45 mg chewable tablets and have not had any trouble with them. :)
