well, may have found a few things that could be catalyzing certain symptoms in my husband and I. our mini fridge apparently isn't working properly so the eggs I've used in dinner the past few nights have spiked his ulcer and my IBS. as well I may be allergic to this new synthetic nicotine companies are putting out, which would be part of the reason my anxiety is through the roof at work. 😒🙃 I've quit drinking, quit smoking marijuana for pain relief, and now may have to quit nic. I know it's healthier for me but I'm already stressed out as is. 😬😬😬
