I feel detached and like I'm loosing myself at different times. Is this going to get worse?

I don't feel that my condition is getting worse. I have fluctuations in my condition - some periods are better than others. And I can also encourage you by saying that the condition seems to be worse in young adulthood and may gradually get better with age.
