      I only eat chicken with bread. Small dowse through the day stops from severe crash. Honey wheat bread only. Stay away from white bread it will crash you. Chicken has protein and fat. Perfect mix

      Stay away from carbohydrates! Especially by themselves. Generally I eat a low carb diet and that keeps my blood sugar balanced.
