Stay away from 🍟 potatoes and breading. I eat shrimp rings and meat n cheese roll ups. I buy a lot of beef jerky for snacking.( Snacking is that area that can set you back BIG)

No flour, sugar, potatoes, fried foods, fruit (berries only). High protein. Small portions every 3 hours. Lots of water. Red meat only once a week. My nutritionist said Mediterranean diet too.

Hey Angelll, I keep best control when I follow a low carb diet so I try to find healthy and tasty substitutes for breads, starch and sugar. I’m not perfect but I’m making progress
