I eat only protein and veggies, maybe one piece of bread a day. If we go out I have to get thw low calorie dish and drink lots of water.

I do low carb with very few processed foods. My exception is that I make my own barley and 9-grain breads (high fiber) and eat them sparingly.

I had a really bad seizure on the first of December my blood sugar was over 800 and from that day I have been taking my diabetes seriously I stopped eating sugar all together and I have lost 52 pounds since then I'm amazed how fast it has come off
