Dealing with Impending Doom: Coping with Health Anxiety

I stress so much that it actually makes me sick

Definitely feeling similarly! Lately I've been keeping myself up at night stressing about every possible bad thing that could happen to me or my loved ones, and it makes me scared to do go out and do anything :(

Yall are not the only ones who feel that way I been dealing with it my whole life was born with issues but I'm still going I'm willing to listen if anyone needs it

I'm feeling exactly the same way. I thought I was the only one 😥

Playing games on my phone seems to make my anxiety worse. Watering my garden and spending time outside in the morning with nature fills my soul.💕
