      Hey love I have been with intergetive medicine. I got told to get off the pasta and include more of Mediterranean diet because it will help with the inflammation. Also I'm taking zyflemend which helps me with inflammation. Dr.Lin at Cleveland clinic is helping me

      but i have long covid and til now i cant eat properly because i feel like vomiting & cant breathe right
