I have had such a hard time eating as well. Have had long Covid over a year now and have lost so much weight. I try eating smaller portions throughout the day and foods that are fairly easy on my stomach that has helped.

Gastrointestinal problems have been one of my worst symptoms, both during and since Covid. I started taking VSL #3 probiotics and it seems to helping a lot. I’m also going to start focusing on eating fermented foods to help my poor gut along. I hope you are able to find relief! 💕

I first had Covid In march 2020 and have had an array of health issues since, about a month ago I got Covid again and my ibs flares came back with a vengeance… my doc for now has me eating gluten free and a lot of chicken and rice and fresh veggies and fruit. It has helped a lot, but I am not a fan of gluten free haha

thank you both! I'll have to try the broth. (: and xiuli I do the exact same thing, I've heard foods with probiotics/fermented foods are helpful so I'll try upping that as well!

I have gastro issues too! If I haven’t eaten in a few hours, then I “make” myself eat. Sometimes, my body will come to its senses and remember it is hungry. I have changed my diet and have found that helps. Eating fermented foods helps too!

That sucks that you got it twice. I haven’t had any gastro issues, but I am aware of carbohydrate specific diet being helpful for those with irritable bowel. Fasting is healing to the body so I wouldn’t force yourself to eat- just listen to your body. Bone broth if you have the energy to make some 😊
