hey! about a year ago i got finally diagnosed with ibs after a second endo/colonoscopy, struggling with it my whole life, and ive still been struggling with it! the test showed i had granulation tissue in my colon and im not sure what that means and havent had the chance to go over it with my doctor. ive also been told to get tested for celiac, chrons and UC. does anyone here have insight on how to differentiate ibs from something on the more serious end as listed above?

Hmm I’ve never heard of that either… so do you have a redundant/tortuous colon? That’s what I have after one failed colonoscopy
