Dealing with IBS: Seeking Advice

I have IBS, which seems to alternate between IBS-D and IBS-C. Lately it’s been more IBS-C, which also makes it hard to eat as my stomach always feels full. I’ve been keeping my diet fairly clean, drinking lots of water AND exercising (everything doctors always recommend) and don’t know how else to ease the bloating and pain in my stomach 🙁 anybody have any pointers? Or relate?

When was the last time you had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy? If not recently, maybe you should go and check it out. In my case, after many years of IBS, I was finally diagnosed with IBD, so sometimes there can be a transition from one disease to another.
