Hi Bella! I’m Meg, I’m just a little nervous today. I have a big midterm and I always get nervous before I perform.
test anxiety is the worst… how do you manage it/help yourself?
I usually just do breathing exercises and I have anxiety medication I can take per needed for panic attacks that will calm me before but is usually don’t always do that because it makes me sleepy
i’m not sure if this would be exactly helpful for you, but in my case i try to walk myself through what is going to happen when i get there. basically tell myself the game plan
