Hello i joined yesterday! I don't know what im doing here C: when I'm having a bad time I focus on my breathing and do a specific visualization with my emotions and breathing. I do random art too, and video games. What helps me the most i think besides the breathing though is to spend time outside or taking care of plants. What about you?
