Hi, I've just recently gotten extreme pain in my fingers and hands from my fibromyalgia. Is there anything I can do to help it? Or dull it?

The pain in my hands and feet was almost unbearable. My doctor prescribed Lyrica and that really helped with the nerve pain and I use CBD cream for the pain that Lyrica doesn't take away

I use voltarin, and 2 times a day I soak the hands in hot water. I used to have a hot tub for my body and miss it very much.
@RMSjohns Voltaren is great. My dr say to use it 4 times a day and really get it into your skin

Try Voltaren gel. Some say that it does not work but my dr said you need to rub it in deep and use a bit up to 4 times a day. It’s the kind of meditation that you need to keep using. One time does nothing.

Hand warmers helps me
Braces and massage really help me. Heat as well
@acornyuyu thankyou I'll try that
Braces and compression gloves. It won’t stop it but it’ll ease it up a bit. I also use biofreeze gel or arthritis cream.
@JustRachelle thankyou I've just bought some. Fingers crossed it helps.
I find quite a bit of relief in compression gloves
