My hands hurt a lot. I get shots in my wrists to help with the pain. I don't know if this helps, but I hope it does.

My hands are one of my main pain points. They lock up. I wear compression gloves and try to stretch them to help. Its definitely a struggle

In the winter my hands turn colors and hurt so badly.

Compression gloves help a lot. I started taking Nervive (Walmart has it), really helped with hand and feet pain. Still have muscle aches, but the sharp nerve pain is mostly gone.

My hands hurt all the time ,check vitamin D ,mine is insufficient so taking supplements, my fingers lock and very painful while unlocking it ,Me too am suffering from this kind of pain ,some times they have burning sensation and numbness, I wonder if it is due to diabetes I am diet controlled type2 diabetic
