Need help with fibromyalgia pain relief

I have fibromyalgia and right now my hands hurt super freaking bad. My joints ache and I'm getting shooting pains from my fingertips to my shoulders. I have to use my hands and arms constantly at work. Any ideas on how I can relieve the pain while I am off work?

I have been on gabapentin for a long time and it does help. But there are days I can't make it to the gym

Depending on where you live and/or work, you may not be able to, but I find cannabis very helpful.

I have taken gabapentin and I didn't like it. I take Lyrica and duloxitien now, but it's just not entirely cutting it
