Experiencing Frequent PVC Heart Palpitations

I've had PVC's since 2018, they went away and started coming back worse than before. Done so many tests and ER visits. All normal but the PVC's everytime. But always told they are harmless and everyone has them. They suck, im beyond fed up wit them

My heart reacts when I have a sarcoid flair. I end up with tachecardia of 120 resting. I've had a heart MRI and no nodules were found. My doctor feels it's my heart's response to the increased immune reaction.

I always had palpitations but I never knew which kind, or if it has anything to do with my sarcoidosis. How else does your sarco present?
