Heart palpitations for over a year, what should I do?

I have had heart palpitations for over a year now. They come on for weeks even months at a time all day every day until one day I wake up and they are gone for a week or two. Then next thing you know bam they are back again. I have been to a cardiologist everything came back ok. The two week monitor showed that when I pressed the symptom button sometimes it showed PVCs and other times it was nothing. After that I went through a phase of literally thinking I’m crazy. I work at a hospital I know what crazy is. I have been to a hematologist they checked for blood disorders and everything was ok. I even saw an endocrinologist they found that my test was 1600 and my estrogen was high it was 65. After bringing those down still have palpitations. They are scary and very annoying at the same time. I just don’t know where to go from here. Can anyone suggest anything? Thanks Tim

No help from me but also dealing with heart palpitations. They come on randomly but also from lying down. I’m awaiting results from my monitor and getting and ekg later but wouldn’t be surprised if there’s nothing. You’re probably not crazy, it’s just surprisingly common that medicine actually doesn’t know what’s happening a lot of the time. I’m working on accepting that sometimes you just have to cope when diagnoses are not available yet. Best of luck ❤️

yep it’s mind boggling. It feels like no one can help. That’s not a good feeling.
