Feeling Overwhelmed and Hopeless Due to Anxiety

Hi there, I have been super overwhelmed with my anxiety/panic attacks recently too. I'm normally a pretty anxious person which is miserable in itself but lately has been overwhelmingly bad. I also feel like it's starting to rule/control me and my life and I also feel close to giving up on everything. It's been a while since the last time I felt this overwhelmed with it. If you ever want to talk, I am here for you. Sounds like we might relate on a couple things.

Hello Sweetie,, you are let it get the best of you, you have to keep praying and Asking God to help you get though it it’s all mentally and in your head,, and another thing you need to start trying to figure out why are you having them,, it could be your eating habits, you not drinking enough water, and something you are stress about you have to find out the root cause so you want continue to have them like that,, cause it’s a reason you are having them,,! But you will be fine don’t let it get the best of you!! I’m here if you need to talk
