Getting overwhelmed is so easy, especially with things that are completely out of your control… Remember to take a step back every once in a while and look at how much you’ve grown as a person. It’s okay to have bad days, weeks, even months! The bad days only make the good ones that much better! No one’s journey is the same, mine has been pretty rough lately too. I’m so glad you found this app to share your struggles, because the chronically ill community is filled with the most wonderful and helpful people! We love you and we’re proud of you❤️ keep fighting and advocating for yourself because you deserve it babe🥰

I have felt the same way the past 4 months. It's a terrible feeling to always feel that way. You feel like your life is over, but it is NOT. You just have to fight those intrusive thoughts in your head. YOU got this, just like I am working on doing myself. 🤗🤗🤗🤗
