Last night I had about 3 hours straight of reasonably sharp central chest pain. For context, I have dysautonomia so this isn't unusual but normally it's on and off, only lasting 10 minutes or so max before fading. Typically sitting up helps but this time it didn't and I was forced to stay awake longer than I wanted to waiting for it to calm down. I've had both a Holter monitor and an EKG recently and my heart got a clean bill of health. Today I'm feeling fine if some minor chest discomfort but that isn't unusual. Do you guys think this is something to be worried about, like,, see a doctor right now worried? Have any others with dysautonomia/POTS experienced this?? I've brought it up to my doctors in the past and usually the response is, "Well that's not good! I don't know what's wrong with you though so see you in six months <3"
