Heart racing and high blood pressure - POTS?

So I have not been officially diagnosed with POTS but I can feel my heart racing and when I check it it is in the 100 while sitting and my Blood Pressure is really high as well. Some days I feel fine others put worse. Anyone else experience this?

Check at different intervals. Check your heart rate when laying down, then after 5 minutes sitting up , then after standing up. If your heart rate goes over 30 bpm between the posture changes that’s how you know it’s Pots. If not it could be another form of dysautonomia like neurocardiogenic syncope
