I’ve been trying to cope with my anxiety lately but I’ve found being in public I freak out a lot and can’t even eat while out anymore. Is there a way I can help myself eat more so I can be more social?

      I have trouble eating sometimes too. I find it a lot easier to drink than eat so try some smoothies or maybe even soup. I find that at home I can drink those nutritional shakes that are marketed to older people
