Effective treatments for chronic pain?

I was put under and got botox injections. I swear this is the CURE. I’m able to have penetrative sex now, whereas I couldn’t get past the 2nd size dilator in the intimate rose set! Though it still hurts at the beginning every time, the pain goes away 85% of the time. The only thing is that insurance usually doesnt cover it, as it is often classified as a cosmetic procedure… i know:/

Physical therapy was the most helpful to get me started. I couldn’t even get a q-tip in when I began. The money spent on it was hard at first but absolutely worth it in the end. I remember the first time I was able to use a tampon. I cried. It was Christmas Day. I was 28 years old.
