Frustration with Doctors' Lack of Response

I absolutely hate when I message my doctors/nurses and they read the message but don’t respond. I understand that Emory is transitioning to MyChart but I can tell they read my message and just hasn’t responded! I had this reddish rash on my face and I’m pretty sure it’s a Malar / butterfly rash… (due to the shape and area coverage)… which I’m not suppose to have 🤷🏽‍♀️ At least acknowledge that you got the message with pictures.. and let me know if that’s what it is or not.. pretty sure it is though but still … confirmation would be nice so we can figure out what the heck is going on. Smh
