i hate when my anxiety lies to me. here lately i feel like no one cares about me. everytime I have contact with family/friends its because I reach out to them. i am always the one initiating contact with them. no one checks in on me. no one calls me unless THEY need something. its just exhausting and also leaves me feeling this way. that no one cares. i know logically its not true....but dang....
