hi. taking Thuja for this. does anyone else do homeopathy for their conditions? A few months ago, literally, i ran into a classmate i hadn't seen in a log time. She asked me about my pain issues then quickly went into this rant that began, oh well its a good thing its not fibromyalgia, because that is not real. rant rant rant. its still bugging me. if its not real then why are there so many with it? why did my best friend miss three months of life because the pain was so great she and her legs were so weak she was in bed literally for three months. not all things that technology can not see are fake. if it is not real then why is it and chronic fatigue syndrome rule out dx on the path to Chronic Myofascial Pain? so frustrating. she couldn't have concluded that on her own, that means there are hating people out there spreading the propaganda.

      Your pain is real. Fibromyalgia is real. You are not alone. I’m 1.5 years into this Condition as well. I found a doctor I trust and who supports and champions me. Have you tried a low dose nerve medication? Start small. Get exercise, try acupuncture, eat healthy whole fruits, vegetables and grains. Limit your Alcohol intake, as well as gluten and sugar. It’s not easy but your body will adjust and thank you. Stress, while unavoidable at times, will only make your fibro worse. Meditate, focus on the little things and wake up everyday naming 3 things you’re grateful for. It’s cheesy but your Attitude goes a long way. I’m here if you ever need a friend for advice or to vent. Sending you good vibes 🙌
