Constant Clear and Watery Vaginal Discharge

I have been having constant vaginal discharge for quite some time now, and it's always clear and watery. I can't remember exactly when it started, but it has been going on for a long time now. I was on the depo-Provera birth control injection for 3 years, and stopped taking it in October of 2020. While on it, I had no periods or discharge. Before I began taking it, I had little to no cramps. Now that I am off it, I have debilitating cramps, and only get my periods once every few months, and it is insanely heavy. I have to wear an ultra plus tampon, paired with an overnight pad just to make sure I don't bleed through my clothes. I went to the Dr a few weeks ago, and they tested my hormone levels and said they looked normal. I'm scheduling an appointment with an OB/GYN asap, but wondered if anyone had any idea of what this issue could be? My family has a history of PCOS and such, and I've researched it some, so I'm sure that's a possibility. I know the OB/GYN will do tests and such to figure out what the problem is, but I was hoping to hear from SOMEONE that they know what I'm going through, or have had similar issues, and that I'm not just crazy and some rare medical spectical.
