Diagnosis of Autoimmune Encephalitis

I had been confused and lost cognitive and speech skills very rapidly. My parents took me to their house and immediately started taking me to doctors, although I don't remember any of them. My established neurologist came to the conclusion relatively quickly because, interestingly enough, he had just treated my brother for encephalitis as well, although his was not autoimmune

I felt really weak and confused and found myself in the hospital a few days later.. I was told I was really out of it so my family had to take me to the hospital but I can't remember it honestly.. How did you?
