Managing Pain Without Cannabis: Need Help!

i am not a medical professional, but i had a nurse tell me chs is more projectile vomiting, so if you're not having that it may not be that but again, please take everything i say with a grain of salt

what kind of pain do you struggle with if you don’t mind me asking? feel free to message me privately as i’ve gone through the full extent of CHS multiple times and would love to give you any advice i can

for me, hot showers, heating pads, crushed ice, and pedialyte ice pops really help. if you take a hot shower, make sure not to stay in there too long or you could get more dehydrated which causes more nausea. hope you feel better 💕
