Ugh it’s just one of those days where I can’t do anything right, I end up second guessing myself constantly which led to more mess ups. Even though I took my meds today, it feels as if I didn’t at all since I kept forgetting everything I was told today and kept misplacing things that I put down for just a second. It’s normal for meds to just not work some days right..? If not I might need new meds again.

Didnt realise your tolerance builds with Adderall... I actually feel like its too strong sometimes. And i have been taking it for 7 yrs. Also a high dose. Thank you for the great ideas, I'm def gonna keep track. Maybe figure out a pattern thats happening. Thank you, Maggiemae

I’ve personally had this happen to me with Adderall. It was amazing at first but now that I’ve taken it for years (and I’m at the highest dose), it has no effect because I’ve built up a tolerance. But I do think sometimes we just have good days and not-so-good days… Days when we can tell our meds are working and others where we don’t. Maybe start tracking it and see if it’s something that you feel everyday or just a few days. Then bring it up to your doctor.

@maggiemae I have been on Adderall for many years also and do have a day here and there that I wonder if I forgot to take my pill (but didn't). I just think it happens sometimes.

This is the exact question I am asking myself today- Do I need new meds? When I have my period it seems like my medicine doesn't work.. Could that be possible?
