      those days are so rare for me. It's so mentally exhausting. đŸ˜„ The irony is on those rare occasions where I'm not mentally drowning, I end up panicked because I don't want that feeling to go away.

      I’ll be honest with you, some days it’ll feel like it won’t. Some days it feels like it’s never going to get better. But then there are some days where you are spending time with people (or animals) that you love, you’re relaxing in your home or maybe spending time doing something you truly enjoy and that feeling of panic just doesn’t show up like it usually does. You’ll get that feeling someday. Even if it’s uncomfortable now, you will have your time of feeling better
