anybody else become more of an irritated aggressive person because of their pain over time ? After being disappointed without getting help , especially with doctors and no pain relief; obviously the aggravation sets in for years and years so you just become someone you wouldn’t even wanna hang out with but you can’t help it because yk fml?

Omg yes yes Pain changes our brains chemistry and therefore our moods. It’s exhausting. Antidepressant’s can help stabilize these changes in the brain to keep you more level and it decreases pain by increasing your serotonin and dopamine. Talk to a trained doctor for any antidepressant. Like psychiatrist. Someone that understands the brain chemistry. Hang in there. I understand.

Absolutely. People around us don’t understand that the reason we are on edge is because we are constantly aware of the pain that they can’t see.
