hi ! i have undiagnosed adhd & autism & i’m kinda scared because i have really key exams coming up because obviously i dont have a diagnosis so i cant do them with accommodations. the last time i did key exams without accommodations, it became a trauma for me, and now thinking about it sends me into a spiral. i’m scared that i’m finally able to do my favourite subject, but it’s going to have trauma attached to it too.
