evidently I've been drinking too much water. how about that? its been causing my weak muscles, I can feel that my left kidney isn't normal, I'm tired all the time, and my body had been swelling. they've been causing my anxiety this entire time because I thought it was something way more serious 💀💀💀💀. I mean it still is but I guess I know what's wrong with me 😅😅

Overhydration is wild, isn't it?? All the health folks and doctors are like, "Drink more water, drink so much water that you aren't even hungry anymore bc you're full of water" but what they don't tell you is too much water can cause some awful symptoms Glad you found out that was the cause and that it wasn't anything more serious! In a strange bout of advice, please drink less water lol and I hope you feel better
How much did you drink in a day?

@Katharina I have a thermal that might be 16 oz that I drink from every hour. I only drank water with my meals but didn't eat often

@NiiTA interesting. Cause I think they say you can drink 1/2 your body weight on ounces…
