Tips for Staying Hydrated

Any tips for drinking more? I swear one of my biggest struggles is just remembering to drink and I know dehydration isn’t gonna make me feel any better

I struggle a lot with drinking enough water. Carrying around a water bottle helps a lot. I also try to add lmnt or buoy to my water to help increase my hydration

To help keep up with my meds and water, I do everything on an hourly schedule. Like I’ll drink 1 cup of water every other hour until noon or something.

Drinking and salt probably will help a lot. I love sugary drinks. I've found that i can compromise with Gatorade, Propel, water combinations. I use a combination of liquid and dry mixes, sugar and artificial, but mainly water. I get to feel in control of something as i mix up the flavor that i feel like. I use the individual dry drink additives because it is easy to control how much im adding and gives me the most flexibility. 2nd thing is drink cozies to keep it cold. I dont like room temp or warm drinks. Works for me. I find now that ive been doing it for about 3 years, that i dont need a lot of flavoring to be satisfied and enjoy drinking primarily water

1000% drinking something that's not just straight up water. I started with gatorade then pedialyte to liquid IV, and now I drink LMNT. Whatever can get you to drink!
