I’ve had both shoulders replaced in the last two years because of exactly what you’re describing. Looks like a rat has been taking bites out of your shoulder. It’s worth the surgery I believe, my first one went really well, the second one is almost a year and has been problematic. Possibly infected I have to go back in to get some tissue biopsies to see what’s going on. Do your homework on who the best replacement docs are. I don’t know where you live but I’m in Los Angeles and Itamura is the best here, he did mine.
