When I suffered a stroke my blood sugar was over 700, and I also had Menengitis at that time I had colorful rainbow strobe lights and floods in my right peripheral vision along with a harmonious Hemi Hynopsia. As I got better it improved. At times after that I would get these lights when blood sugar was elevated significantly. Now as of 2 years and 2 months ago I have had these episodes several times a day almost every single day especially more so l when active, but also when at rest. I have seen Neurology who kept saying Aura migraines but I have aura migraines it’s not the same. And like I said it can happen up to 20+ times a day once the colors stop my right peripheral vision is dark I cannot see my hand next to my face for up to 30 min. The light episodes typically last up to 10 to 15 min. At the longest. I feel like I’m losing my mind! I’ve seen the eye Dr. Several times and they say my eyes are perfectly fine, which leads me to believe it’s a brain issue. Has anyone else had, or heard of this? I am becoming desperate! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
