Changes in Migraine Patterns

Hi! I have had some questions on my mind for a while and can't really afford a doctor visit. my migraines started at 8 years old, they used to be very painful without an aura and only moms vicadin and throwing up would help, they were fairly frequent. frequency lowered at a slow rate over the years until 17 years old, had my first visual aura that began to precede every painful migraine. now I am nearing 30, and I have noticed I that most of the time now I do not get painful migraines after the aura, I just get the aura alone that really screws my vision up for 5 minutes up to an hour. did anyone else experience this change in migraine patterns over their life? or something similar?

I had same symptoms and had to have spinal fluid drained to take the pressure off my head and my migraines subsided and also with medication they diagnosed me with IIH
