lately I’ve found that meditation helps to clear my mind and motivate me when my head is overwhelmed with thoughts. ik it sounds so cheesy to be like “just meditate”, and at times it does seem difficult, but I’ve found 10-20 minute guided meditations on YouTube that are manageable and help.
