Hello! I have had heart palpitations and issues for a long time before I was diagnosed. I know how super scary and uncomfortable it can be. I was also put on a low dose of Metoprolol upon diagnoses and it has gotten better but I still have episodes and palpitations relatively frequently. My doctor suggested I try increasing my salt intake a bit and making sure I stay hydrated. I don't know if that helps any but I wish you the very best. 🤗
