I have struggled with S.V.T problems since I was very young but have only recently been diagnosed so I know it can be really scary. I unfortunately still have quite a bit of trouble with it BUT my symptoms and the episodes have calmed down quite a bit with medication. I take Metoprolol, a beta blocker although it can cause low blood pressure. Vasovagal maneuvers never really did much for me. My doctor did recommend keeping hydrated and eating salty snacks as well but I am still struggling with that. I hope this helps you with everything and I wish you luck finding what works for you š

Some people have found relief from SVT episodes by taking medication, practicing vasovagal maneuvers, increasing water and salt intake if blood pressure is low, and taking magnesium supplements. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice and treatment options.
