I have a feeling i eventually am gonna mentally crack. My dissociation is constant and I’ve started to have very minor hallucinations. Any tips on what to do moving forward?

    something that helped me was going out with my friends, it kinda distracts that feeling but when you’re alone again it hits like a truck

    I'd suggest trying to find a therapist who uses the Internal Family Systems model. They work with this stuff a lot.
