Hello, I have MS and have been experiencing painful and very swollen finger joints. It happens on and off, my doctor isn’t sure it’s related to MS but I am convinced it is. I saw a RA specialist who did some tests and didn’t find anything related to RA. Has anyone experienced this symptom with MS?

I am on Ocrelizumab. You take it as an intravenous infusion every six months. It reduces the number of relapses by about two thirds. Helped me control the disease very much but this drug increases the risk of infections.

Hi Sunshine, that happens to me and I have been in 3 different therapies, what happened with me is that I have arthritis.

It could be a side effect of your MS DMT med. Are you on something for the ms?

I used to stiffin up my right hand that caused a lot of pain. It's been so long I don't remember what stopped it.
