Having RA for the past twenty years has taken a toll on my hands I can't make a closed fist nor can I push my hand flat on a table either ... Does anyone have any recommendations for help with inflammation?

What do compression gloves do? Do you also have fibromyalgia? How do you know the difference if you have both?

How long have you been on the Orencia? I just started it about 2 months ago. Has it helped much? My Rheumy always tells me to let her know if I'm flaring. She will put me on prednisone temporarily, usually a couple of weeks to bring the flare down.

Both my hands 😥 I've spent the last couple of days dropping stuff & the pain is absolutely horrible. I exercise my hands and I too have compression gloves, sometimes my the joints in my hands hurt so bad I can not tolerate wearing the gloves 🥺
