      @spicysugar I've been struggling with this since I was really young. It was one of the first tips I received. It didn't come from a therapist. It came from a family friend who'd been struggling with stuff like this for years. He even sat me down and we had a whole conversation about how just because I was having hallucinations didn't mean I was bad or crazy.

      Take a recording on your phone if you don't hear it in the recording it's not there.

        @gurspaceport see I usually do that but it was a one and done thing. It sounded like a shout from right outside my house, just one yell. It was a hallucination though cause there was nothing in the morning : ( but this is a good tip! Just found out I'm definitely hallucinating again cause I saw an animal outside and got out my camera annnnd nope. But yeah I highly recommend that tip to people with this issue! 💕
