Do any of you get triggered by scratching things like blankets (not soft ones) or like pillow cases? I hate things like that and I do it so often by accident. Usually I either have to just lay their for a minute and try to think of something else or try to do it again but slower so that I can sort of convince myself that it isn't that bad. That only kind of works tho. I hated the sound of someone scraping those stupid holographic backpacks too and so many kids throughout grade school had them. That was before I knew what misophonia was tho, and it isn't as bad as the bedding stuff. I just want to know about anyone else's experience with things like this and what they do about it.
