I am on vyvanse at 50 MG. I've noticed since starting that I cannot sit still for long periods of time. I've taking up walking cause I'm trying to lose weight as well but I was wondering if anyone else found themselves standing all day.

My friend had a standing desk and balances on a long board during the day. It helps him focus. Maybe something like that could suit you too.
Could it be that you're over medicated maybe? When I take my ADHD medicine (Concerta) it slows me down. Not lethargic, but just keeps me from being fidgety and overly hyper. I'm on 24 mg now, but there was a period when I went up to 36 mg because I thought my medicine wasn't working as well anymore. Turns out I just needed to get more sleep and reduce the stress in my life at the time, but I remember feeling manic and extra fidgety at 36 mg. Was also more irritable. Brought it back to 24mg, got the sleep and self care I needed, and my ADHD was back under control.
That happened to me too, I also tried Adderall and it did the same thing. Now I'm not on any ADHD meds because I prefer to just deal with my symptoms as they are than be on a stimulant.
You just need more stimulation. Physical stimulation is more stimulating than anything else. But try to sit down for 10 minutes a day and do absolutely nothing. 100% just sit there and deal with it. It's like meditating, but it allows your brain to get its sh*t together and it helps you get over any humps you're getting stuck on...
