Looking for alternative medication to Valium

How long have you been taking Valium 20mg

I’ve taken Clonazepam for over 10 years. I have had to up the dosage over the years but not by much. I haven’t had any urge to take more except when my anxiety gets worse. I think your body gets used to it. Otherwise it has helped me so much.

I take Clonazepam. It is a benzo, so it is addictive. You should bring up this concern with your doctor though! Let me know if you want more medication suggestions. Sometimes, it does help going into the doctor knowing about the different medications

For anxiety and sleep Vistaril helps me often. What’s good about it is it’s an antihistamine so it’s not addicting and unlike Benadryl you can take it as long term. It also helps with nausea and tension
