Not really health related. I visit my grandma abroad every summer. I’m going back home next week and I’m starting to get anxious and sad. She’s 87 so I can’t help but worry that this might be the last time I see her. Every year gets harder and I feel guilty that we live so far away from her. I guess I just need some strategies on how to cope? Anything helps

I have the same thing with my grandpa but he's been getting hurt alot. So I've decided to have him move in. I would recommend this to you so you can see her everyday to know you won't miss anything and make sure your spending time with her alot. Family matters alot. Spend time with her as much as you can. You can't really do anything about how long they are gonna stay. But make the most of it. Sending prayers! ❤️🙏

@Sage_Romero thank you. I wish it was that easy for us. She lives in Germany and would never move to the U.S. I’m still in college so I have to stay in America for the time being. I’m hoping to move here next year but I hope that’s not too late
